Wifi issues
The app worked fine for the first month and now it won’t connect to my boilers stating wifi connection issues. Tried soft and hard resets along with uninstalling and reinstalling the app. To no avail. Customer support is automated and say to my contractor/installer. This isn’t a boiler issue is a navilink wifi issue. What would my HVAC tech know about that. What a joke. Returning this useless device
Works, but…
Works relatively well, however the setup process can be a giant headache. Trying to get the device connected to your wifi is remarkably difficult, especially for something that should be so easy. Instructions are easy to follow, however once you’ve joined the NaviLink SSID the app frequently doesn’t pick up that your connected. Takes dozens of tries. I believe I finally had to resort to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It would also be nice if the app opened a little quicker. Having to wait 30+ seconds to get into the app to turn the pump on is a little frustrating.
The above is regarding the first version I used.
A new version has come out, and now the app is actually useless! I have the app for the “hot button”, this button no longer works in the new version.
Stopped working
Since the update they say need to register and when you register they say sending a confirmation email and they never send so you can’t register. Very bad app
