Problème avec HomeBox MTN
Bonjour. J’ai un sérieux soucis avec votre offre home box. Mon soucris est avec l’offre illimité de 14900F, au bout d’une semaine d’utilisation la connexion de passe plus. J’ai contacté le service client en vain pour ce problème. Ça devient du n’importe quoi. Ça fait déjà 3 jours j’ai plus accès à internet à parti de ma box pourtant le délai de validité est entrain d’aller à expiration. Vraiment c’est une mauvaise expérience pour une première utilisation. On dit internet illimité mais au bout de quelques jours plus rien ne passe et impossible d’avoir une assistance. On me dit de laisser un message au 8787 mais jamais de réponse ou de prise en charge. Vraiment c’est du grand n’importe quoi.
