Not an easy app
This app works off and on. Sometimes I can file a claim on it, other times I can’t. Right now it’ll log in but doesn’t show anything personal. Not my name, policies, claim details nothing. Have deleted the app several times and it makes no difference. It’s never been harder to file a claim online, not what they advertise
App doesn’t work properly!
This application seems to be framed illogically in its frame to frame scripts; it’s very basic and freezes often, that’s when it’s not completely bugged! A company the size of CHUBB without an adequate app says a lot! Plus, the translations from English to French are terrible; payments is paiements for a blatant example, not “payments” in French. This application froze on me while making a claim; I truly think it’s time I chose another insurance provider… To add to my deception, Combined Insurance of Canada has downplayed their analysis of my 2022 claim; which led to having no funds/payments for an accident that occurred which I was supposed to have been paid according to my Insurance Policy!!!! 😳🤬😡🤬😡
Hire a proper tech company
Combined is an awesome company. Their app and website are pure garbage tough. Hey Combined! It’s time to hire a proper technology contractor. Valtech comes to mind as a contractor that could handle your account. No I don’t work there.
