This app should not exist
The app doesn’t work, and at best it should be a landing page. Not everything needs an app. This app should not exist.
The app is a mess
The app downloads only a shell at the App Store. But at this point you don’t know it yet. So when you get to the site and discover that you still need to download the tour content. But you know what? There are about 50,000 people trying to get data as well. So you will waste lots of time to try to make get some bandwidth and play the content. Then, when you succeed, the map navigation is so bad that it’s impossible to move from one point to another. And the last, the content of the guide is really rudimentary and basic. What a shame!
Nice UI, Terrible UX
Whoever built this app has obviously never used it. You have to make sure to download the recordings after downloading the app. If your downloads stall because of a poor internet connection, you won’t be able to resume or restart your download again. Oh, and good luck trying to find where the numbers are in the Coliseum. The app asks for Bluetooth access, but is useless at helping you navigate to each of the spots. I don’t recommend getting the app unless you’re willing to put in the effort to figure out the quirks and put up with the terrible user experience.
