NEED to be in ENGLISH
I am a long time customer of ASUS products but it is very hard to provide an accurate review of an app that I cannot read. Please update with English as a standard and then have options for other languages in the settings menu. Very dissapointing for an ASUS product, I expect much more from ASUS. It looks like it would be a good app if it was ALL in English.
App isn’t as advertised
There is no chat feature built in despite the images suggesting there is.
It is a tile for following up on repairs, not a chat.
Asus pushes their new product but falls flat when it comes to supporting existing customers.
Not working not helping!
The app is not working i can’t register my laptop and there are black lines appearing on my new bought laptop and I can’t get any help!!! Why I bought Asus at first !!! How can I get help and use my warranty!!!! App is awful and not helpful
