I’m new to hearing aids, about two months, but so far I’m impressed with Starkey and, more or less, the App. The Wellness section, step counter, exercise time , and standing time are not consistent. As far as controlling the devices the app is super. I haven’t had any problem other than dropping Bluetooth connectivity occasionally. The hearing aids themselves have been impressive.
This app sucks
I used to love my old hearing aid app, but when I got new hearing aids and the app changed it became difficult to navigate, there’s no mute button and the features simply don’t work. I walked 13,634 steps today and my app says 554. I used to rely on it to count my steps but now I don’t even bother to look at it because it’s so very wrong

The hearing aids app says the battles are low and they aren’t, the hearing aids have totally turned themselves off 2 times, I have only had them for 2 weeks! The firmware update does not work the way it says either.
