Description
Mitsubishi Connect is an innovative platform of services that provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure, and convenient driving experience. The My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application allows users to register and access the Mitsubishi Connect services. This includes the ability to request remote commands to your vehicle such as remote start, door lock/unlock, horn, lights, schedule dealer services, car finder, and parental controls. Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicle services include ability to view charging status, manage charging schedules and settings. The mobile app also allows users to manage their account settings and notifications, as well as to contact Customer Care for inquiries on the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

Mileage tracker
After the new update mileage tracker is way off the correct number!!! You guys have to fix the bugs on mileage tracker!!!!
UNRELIABLE and poorly supported
Apart from missing a number of what I would think to be basic features, the app is worse than hit and miss. In identical conditions with clear view of the sky the app fails to work across the full range of functions more than 60 % (I’m being generous here) of the time, and after several attempts.
Feedback when available is very often inaccurate, lags significantly, and can be more than confusing, and sometimes bizarre. (e.g. more than once after a failure to execute a function I have been prompted to manually “start the ignition” to use the remote functions-really)
Tech support is limited to daytime hours and limited to weekdays. Responses come back via email from what might well be a third party, and are non informative, focusing very narrowly on one instance and ignoring the ongoing issue of reliability. This app/service gives Mitsubishi a black eye in my opinion.
Needs a serious fix!
If I could rate this app 0 stars I would. It seems like a 50-50 toss up if this app will work. Super late notifications for charging, that’s if the app even notices if you’re charging. Remote climate barely works, I have to reset the app every time to even use it. The app tells me random doors are open when they are not. This app has serious bugs and needs to be fixed.
