Ratings and Reviews
App booking broken
Cannot calculate wait times or find available barbers anymore. It always says not available for all barbers and “servers busy” when trying to calculate wait time. This issue has been persisting for months now. If you don’t want to lose business, fix asap or contact me i can help fix ur app as a dev myself.
Horrible points conversion
They changed the rewards from a free haircut every 10 haircuts to every ~30. This on top of defaulting to 20% tip makes haircuts here pricier than ever, please adjust the conversion back to every 10 and lower your tip default if you want customers back.
