The deadline to cancel the free 7 day tiral was today and I cancelled TODAY, yet I was still charged for the most expensive renewa (very odd as cheaper renewal options were available)l. Very deceptive and manipulative way to over charge for a useless App. I did not authorize the charge and when I reqeust a refund, I keep getting the automatic response that it doesn't meet the refund criteria. What happened to ethical billing practices? Oh wait there is not such thing!

Hello. Sorry you're having problems with your subscription.

To be clear, when you open the app, the first page you see displays the monthly and annual subscription prices. You cannot start the free trial without first selecting one. You then have to get through a parent gate and enter your iTunes password in order to agree to the free trial. That first page also explains that subscription will be charged at the end of the free trial unless cancelled, and gives instructions on how to cancel it.

It's possible that you didn't cancel the free trial in time. It should be done 24 hours before the end of the trial. However, some banks do take hold of your payment before the trial is over and this is not within our power to remedy. For future reference you can cancel a subscription any time but still have access to the remaining time on it, n this case your free week's trial.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to refund you directly as the app was purchased from the App Store. You will find a link to a refund option on the receipt of purchase which Apple sent you via email. Alternatively you could contact Apple at: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1933.

Do not download this app if you just want to trial. Apple will just steal your money and if you request a refund they will just send you an automated message saying you dont qualify. I downloaded the app to try it and i was charged the same day it was downloaded. The subscription was cancelled before the end of the 7 day free trial, but they refused to refund. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Hello. Sorry you're having problems getting a refund from Apple. Please rest assured that we do not take payment until after the free trial is up. In some cases certain banks and PayPal might take hold of the money before the trial is up. If that's the case you should contact them directly for a refund. If not, please try Apple again as there is no reason they should refuse you a refund if you cancelled before the trial is over. This app no longer works on Apple TV. Won’t let me restore my purchase. Has been this way for months. I sent an email and no response.
