Description
The MoDOT Traveler Information app shows current work zones, incidents, and weather-related road conditions on state-maintained routes in Missouri. Issues that may have an impact on travel are loaded automatically.

The app should be only one tool when making a decision on driving conditions. Users should also consult local weather forecasts and law enforcement reports.
Weather radar is refreshed approximately every 5 minutes.

- Added a sync button to the navigation bar
- Configured the app to clear local data on sync failure.
- Configured the app to display an error message on sync failure
- Configured the app to display a message instead of a blank list when there are no alerts
- Configured the app to open the system settings instead of the welcome screen from the Settings menu item.
- Disabled caching for all network requests
- Removed "Send Token" button
