For owners with model year 2019 or newer vehicles*, the Mercedes-Benz App gives you access to your vehicle from anywhere.
With the Mercedes-Benz App on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.

Mercedes Me C300 review
The app functions well for remote start and locking features on my 2020 C300. However, additional features, such as remote sunroof closure, tire pressure status, and battery voltage monitoring, would be greatly appreciated.
Limited control for a price
The MB app is great for starting my vehicle and monitoring fluid levels etc. I feel they missed the mark on not including heating/ air conditioning/ heated seats controls within the app - living in Canada, I utilize the auto-start about 4-5 months out of the year and would appreciate being able to blast the heat. Also, I’m still baffled that I bought a $250k vehicle and have to spend a couple hundred dollars a year on an app to autostart - meanwhile Toyotas come with this standard.
