Great product poor software
Like others have said. Good product.
App UI desperately needs work. Just follow standards and OS conventions.
Get rid of the extremely poorly designed bottom bar with random web links. Design it for users not an aged executive!
Good product bad app
Their products are good; but their app looks like it was written by a programmer.
So it has all the functionalities needed, it is confusing to use and not intuitive. I hope that they hire a UX designer and redesign the app from bottom up, then would get a 5 star rating
