Janessa and Monet my fitness coaches has really helped me with my eating habits and has recommended me alternative workouts and meal plans to help with my busy lifestyle of being a working mom of two! I have struggled with my weight and postpartum anxiety and depression for years and decided to finally make a step and sign up for the app. It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my health because I have been feeling less stressed with what workouts or figuring out a meal plan every week. I also love the community on the app and how we lift and give support to all woman struggling with the same issues. I highly recommend the app to anyone who needs that push!! 💕💕💕

All the exercises that they give you are for free online/youtube. Don’t pay 300 bucks a month for this APP. It’s a waste. Little progress and no results.

I payed the app to get a program to loose weight and fit my body. I should have receive my plan in the next days I made the first payment of 240€ per month, at the end I receive it and I had the contact of a «coach», only 10 days after the paiement, so half of my first payment was due for nothing. I asked a running plan I’ve never receive.
To all of you, wanted to loose weight and thinking you can have the same story as this girl Cassia, please don’t waste your money with that, it’s only marketing and about instagram. She is just posting staff to be popular but actually the coach do not care about yourself. You are just paying for nothing. I regretted very much. It’s profoundly sad they used the weaknesses of people who try to find the energy to change their habits.
