Easy, friendly, great service. App is easy to use.
They left us stranded
This is what I get for trying a startup with no phone number.
First they changed my drop off address a few days before the trip saying they no longer can do LAX drop off. Then on the morning of my pick up, they changed my vehicle to a smaller one that could no longer fit our group. They left us stranded with not even an apology. The only solution they offered was to cancel the reservation.
Completely disgusting behaviour.
Easiest car rental ever
No line. No waiting. No fuss. Seriously, I’ve rented several times in LAX and usually have to wait an hour or so for my car and end up paying more than I initially agreed to. KYTE was not that whatsoever. Easiest pickup and communications. And honest pricing. I’ll book again whenever I can.
