I am able to logon on the browser but it won’t accept my credentials on the app - why????

I don’t get it how big insurance companies allow their vehicle to be sold in this childish platform.
Their website is unserious but app is something special. Special in retarded way!
Useless App
This app needs to be developed properly, more options , proper viewing , it’s just a basic get into the auction just like the browser
