Horrible App and Support Service
This app is full of bugs, and the same issues persist on the website. But even worst the bad support service, seriously bad.
Sometimes, I am able to log in on the website but not through the app. I have opened multiple support tickets over the last two months, but my issue remains unresolved. The support team either doesn’t seem to understand English or doesn’t read the issue properly, as they keep sending me the same copy/paste standard responses. On other occasions, they direct me to contact MOHRE, only for MOHRE to send me back to ILOE. As a customer, I’ve been caught in the middle for two months and still haven’t received any resolution.
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work and site doesn’t work either. At least not for ppl that are out of the country while trying to renew.

The app keeps crashing, displaying white blank pages, and repeating steps unnecessarily. To the point that it charged me for one transaction twice. Avoid.
