Suspect Software
1st off, the privacy policy is in Chinese - so it’s useless to an English speaker.
2nd, The software wants your location information - why?? Why would I allow that? Stupid.
3rd, Software wants permission to your photos. Why when all I want is recording to the memory card?
4th, Suspicious of any software that has a WiFi capability that wants access in this way. Very intrusive. All I wanted was a cam that records to a memory card without outside interference.
5th, overly complicated with poor English instructions that doesn’t explain SD card video setting differences. It’s like they used Google to translate from Chinese to English. A failure.
PLZ FIX THE UPDATE
AFTER THE INSTALLATION THE CAMERA WORKED FINE FOR 1 week then AFTER THE UPDATE A MESSAGE THE CAMERA NO LONGER CONNECTED BUT STILL SEND NOTIFICATION FOR MOTION DETECTION, FIX THIS ISSUE PLZ THANKS
Typical Chinese spyware
Request permission that doesn’t need for the app to function. If you don’t allow them it will bug you EVERYTIME you go to the homepage of the apps.
The UI is unintuitive, and the camera I got from Amazon required this app to use.
