The app allows you to use the camera to measure your heart rate, understand how those numbers affect your overall health, perform effective workouts to stay in shape, and track your progress.
A normal heart rate depends on the individual, heart condition, mood, whether the person is sitting or moving, medications taken, and even the temperature. Best of all, as you get fitter, your heart rate decreases as your heart muscle works more efficiently.
By measuring your heart rate, you can monitor your fitness level and detect emerging health issues if other symptoms appear.
The app contains the following subscription options:
- Weekly at $ 7.99 with a 3-day free trial.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Crappy app can’t record height
Can’t record height. It lets you enter cm but then can’t get to the continue button.
Also target population in Canada was raised in imperial. We measure our food in grams but our body weight in lbs. Same with height I’m 5’5” not 165.1 cm. W e measure distance in mtr/km height in lf & inches…. Just saying it be better to have a built in conversion.
I cancelled this and it still charged me
I cancelled this and it still charged me and I have no idea how to make sure it is not going to charge me again. So not impressed
Scammers
This app advertised as a free download, but after downloading I saw that was a subscription service so it was immediately deleted. I later find out that they charged my credit card 29.99 USD. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! 😡
