Description
Now you can check your glucose as easily as you check your email.
Introducing the Guardian™ Connect continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system. The Guardian Connect system uses a tiny sensor to measure glucose levels in fluid just below the skin. It takes readings all day and night and sends them to your phone via a small wireless transmitter, so you can see how you’re doing anytime.
With the Guardian Connect mobile app, you can see your most recent glucose data, your glucose trends over time, your sensor and your transmitter status. You can also receive alerts to notify you when you’re going above or below your preferred range and keep track of daily events which may impact your glucose levels.
Your mobile app also sends your data to CareLink™ Personal therapy management software, so you can see your full information online and share your information with family or friends. Those closest to you can even receive SMS messages whenever you go out of range!
To use the Guardian Connect system, you will need the Guardian Connect transmitter and sensor as well as this app!

Ne fonctionne pas
Il faut savoir que le Guardian Connect est un système autonome et ne communique pas avec la pompe 670G. Donc pour que le mode auto fonctionne il vous faudra porter 2 capteurs un pour la pompe (Guardian 3) et un pour l’application (Guardian Connect). Eh oui, nous sommes en 2020!
You must know that the Guardian Connect system is autonomous, it doesn’t communicate with the 670G pump. So if you want to keep the auto mode and use the app, you’ll need two transmitters.

Après avoir communiqué avec le service chez Medtronic, ça prend un nouveau transmetteur nommé Guardian Connect qui n’est pas encore disponible au Canada. Aucune idée du prix ou de la façon de se le procurer pour le moment. Serait disponible en septembre.
After communicating with Medtronic, this app need a new transmitter named Guardian Connect not available yet in Canada. So don’t loose time trying it. They hope to make it available in September.

est impossible de pairer le transmetteur après plusieurs essais. L’app est pourtant disponible sur le App Store canadien. Medtronic ne semble pas vouloir émettre de commentaires et/ou transmettre la solution.
Does not work
I’ve been trying for 2 hours to get the sensor to connect, fully charged and followed all the listed steps and yet it will not connect to sensor. It would be nice if the product actually worked.
