Used to be the best !
I restarted my boxes recently, I so enjoyed them before. I’m a Nurse and always on the run, we we’re getting tired of the cost and frustration of a fridge full of stuff going bad and unhealthy on the run food. Our frost box came what a delight fresh delicious not a problem. Then my boxes started disappearing, one arrived four days later dumped on my doorstep full of rotten fish and produce, delivery guy was courteous though and said “ Your Welcome” I contacted customer support twice to get a refund. Third box arrived on time fresh and had some beautiful dinners. Fourth box again on delivery day didn’t show early next morning searched through tracking order was there said missing and lost box, went to work and after a long day came home to find not only no box but order was gone as well no order number no invoice no box, but my card was charged. After several attempts to contact customer support and the bot driving me around the bend, frustration I don’t need, I skipped all the rest of my boxes. Two out of four orders were not delivered that’s pretty bad, not only that but the cost of having to go out and buy more groceries to replace the meals while waiting for a refund isn’t cost effective. I feel bad this meal service used to be fabulous but I can’t honestly continue to throw money after money away in this economy as well as have to replan and replace missing meals I will be canceling my subscription and can only be honest while talking to my coworkers and peers by not recommending your business.
