Rewarding excellence doesn’t care if someone steals your money
Pretty upset that when a fraudulent charge was made on my card they did nothing but issued a new card. They told me I had to dispute the transaction on their website to get my stolen money back. They said they couldn’t help me set up the dispute and their website keeps taking me to weird website searches. Their website on the back of the card that is on the back of their card is a fake website. I can normally navigate a website but really believe I was set up to fail. I’ve never been treated so bad by a card company.
Frustrating Start
I kept getting pop-ups about the app while using the desk top version, so I finally decided to download it to my phone. It wasn't totally clear which app to download, but I did get the right one. However, when I tried logging in, it kept giving me an invalid user name and password error. Turns out, it doesn't share the same password as the online. By the time I went through three customer service representatives, the app had locked me out. The third guy told me to wait an hour for the app to unlock and then reset the password. Apparently he wasn't able to unlock it for me. Very bad UX so far.
