Awful
The app always doubles up appointments, it won’t allow you to confirm an appointment without leaving credit card details and indicates the salon will cancel without the card. This is completely inaccurate and misleading. The app company also takes a 20% commission if you do supply a card. Refuse to use

Misleading Fees
Fresha markets itself as a $0 platform, but in reality, they take a significant cut of your earnings. Last month alone, I was charged over $1,000 in fees. They take 20% of a service every time a client checks “Yes, it’s my first time visiting this business,” even though NONE of my clients actually found me through Fresha. After personally asking them, they all confirmed they found me via Instagram, Google, or my website—NOT through the Fresha app or site. Yet, because my booking link goes through Fresha, they still take a huge cut. This is misleading, unfair, and feels like fraud. The platform itself is well-designed, but their fee system is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend Fresha to any business owner.
