Constant Glitching and problems
Customer support is based in India and they are never able to resolve issues, they just transfer you constantly. I’ve had this service for less than a month and have had multiple issues with Freedom TV and have spent hours on the phone alerting them and being transferred from dept. to dept. very bad experience with this TV app.
Needs a lot of work, works like it was designed by a second grader.
As a new customer for a week now, I find this app glitchy and amateurish. It resembles something you would expect from the 1970s. Many features do not work at all or are glacially slow to load if they load at all.
Definitely not worth the money. I hoped to be able to pull the plug on cable, sadly not with this app.
