At Forma, our main focus is form and precision; targeting small muscle groups and lengthening each muscle by slow and controlled movements. Forma's attention to detail, technique and posture are unparalleled. Each class, like our in-person sessions- is tailored to help you push yourself to build endurance, strengthen your core, and help you see serious results.
Whether you want to follow a full 50-minute workout or design your own with quick and fun 10 or 25 minute classes, we have everything you need to get the body, booty, and abs you’ve been wanting.
To access all features and content you can subscribe to Forma Pilates on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

So many amazing instructors and always a fabulous workout for the time available. My body , at 67 , has never felt and looked better . Those ab workouts are so effective , its crazy. I love the variety of the classes and the movements really targets the body part I am working, whether it be arms, glutes or abs. I always the burn. Would love more mat classes of 15 or 20 min if possible and more lower abs and obliques!

I have tried so many different online programs and I’ve been with Forma for the last year and I’ve never been so consistent! I love love that they post different weekly workouts and with minimal equipment. The instructors are so helpful and educated, creating a fantastic relationship with mat Pilates.
