Excellent food diary app to identify foods that trigger symptoms of Histamine & Mercury Intolerance

I eat a very healthy diet so I don’t require pictures of meals or details regarding portions, calories, fibre, carbs, etc. I just need to record meal items and supplements, and then flag items when my intolerance symptoms suddenly appear. For me, excessive Histamine triggers Acne and Mercury triggers Rosacea. Foody is a great tool for the job.

Trusting this app was a terrible mistake.

I bought the full app, tracked every single thing I ate, every bowel movement and symptom I had, religiously for a month. Then it stopped working for me when I needed it most, and permanently locked me into the limited version.

I can honestly say I’ve never been more disappointed with a piece of software in my 40 years of life.

The first month after my surgery were the most important data to track. I trusted this app, and now I’ve lost precious information that I desperately need to access my help.

I happily paid $10 for this app. Now, I’d happily pay $1,000 to go back in time and stop myself from ever downloading it.

Incredible Simple and Effective

I tried out a couple apps in order to track meals and GI symptoms. This app was the winner!
