Bugs
The watch app will let the screen timeout and every game I’m trying to play will cause me to fail because of that. Not very much fun for less than 15 seconds a game.
It also won’t let me do square breathing as it loses recognition of my finger and ends before the first breath is complete.
Waste of time in its current state and not even worth the 1.6 MB it takes up.

Sadly, at this time it is not possible to keep a Watch app on screen for longer than 10 or 15 seconds. This is a battery saving measure enforced by watchOS—maybe in future versions, Apple will let us specify a longer time period. I know that’s frustrating, but you can always tap the screen or adjust the crown to keep the app alive while using the Tilt Ball screen.
As for square breathing, I’ve heard from one other user about a similar bug—he or she was able to resolve it by rebooting their watch. Maybe that would work for you! It’s definitely weird and annoying. If that doesn’t work, I’d be curious to know what model Watch you are using and what version of watchOS it is running.
