Tap on your items twice to take a closer look.
When focused on the item, sometimes you can examine more by tapping on it again.
While you are checking out the item, you can sometimes combine items by selecting an another item and tap on the enlarged item.

Pretty good
I loved the game and I wish there where more rooms. I got stuck a couple of times but finally I finished it.
