The Equitable EZClaim app allows Equitable Life group benefits plan members to get faster refunds by submitting claims from their iOS device. Simply sign-in to your Equitable account, complete the interactive form, take a picture of your receipt and submit. It’s that EZ!

Une app vraiment facile à utilser
Cette app est vraiment bien faite. Le UI pourrait être revu un peu au goût du jour, mais elle est très simple d’utilisation.
Wish I didn’t have to redo all the name etc
App isn’t bad but I wish it had options to save practitioners or make another claim under the same person instead of having to fill in every field each time for every member of my family. Very time consuming.
Claims aren’t submitted
At least 4 times now I have submitted my claim and it shows as successfully uploaded and after a few days check and no claim is there.
