Description
Enterprise CarShare is a membership-based car-sharing program that allows you to rent a vehicle when you need it - by the hour, day or week.
In order to use the app, you will need to be an Enterprise CarShare member.
App features:
- Use your current location to find Enterprise CarShare vehicles in your area
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations
-Lock/Unlock the vehicle to start and end your trip
- View upcoming and current reservations
- Extend your reservation while on rent
- If you need to submit a fuel receipt, take a photo and email it from within the app
- Contact our 24/7 member service support

Great system!
I’m a huge fan of CarShare! I live in the city and get by without owning a car for years now because I get to rent one anytime I need. I can rent a small car for commutes or a four-wheel-drive SUV if the weather is bad or I can rent a small van if I need the cargo.
I save SO much money this way.
App needs some improvements
UPD: Customer Support contacted me and addressed the issues posted below – great customer care!
1. I couldn't complete the trip and had to contact support to complete it for me because the app glitched — the current trip disappeared, and it seemed there was no active trip at all.
2. I was unaware of the late return fees, which amount to almost three hours of normal rental time, even though I was only 17 minutes late. I am sure this information is written somewhere in the "fine print," but you should have made it more visible.
