Re : account Info for payments
It tells you to go onto the app when they are looking for money. Doesn’t have anything for account balances just services . So what is the point of leaving a message to go on the app where there is no account I for on it?
Useless
Just like this company this app is useless and does not work downloaded it for one reason and one reason only to track when the technician is coming as I was told to do so from a employee and this app doesn’t do the one thing it would be useful for. This company is a complete scam from top to bottom I would recommend slamming your head into a wall for hours on end before I would give these incompetent fools a penny. I’m not sure even sure why you would need a tracker chances are 50/50 they just don’t show up so you may as-well go buy lottery tickets and just buy a new heating system from literally any other company as these guys don’t know their left from their right.
