Only flaw I encountered is I can't take a picture for someone's "branch"

I just purchased upgrade $3.99 and don’t have additional options to add brothers or sisters for grandparents, would like to get refund.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Actually you can add brothers and sisters of your grandparents. For that, you will have to provide any of their parents. Once one of theirs parents is added, tap on him/her to load his family. Then your grandparent will be the child, at this level, you'll add his/her brothers/sisters.
As for refund, Apple has a systematic way of refunding. Please refer to the mail "Your receipt from Apple". There you'll find a button for reporting problems. Providing appropriate reasons you'll get the refund. Thank you for your patience.

Its a great app but I can not put in ? for birth status. Pls fix

It will allow us to understand your need, if you can elaborate a little more. Right now, the system is designed as such, so that you can put just the known field. For unknown fields, keep them empty. A formatted date will be showed based on your input. No matter if it's incomplete.
