I’ve searched hi and low on the internet, YouTube other free ressources even went to a pelvic floor specialist and this is the best program I’ve seen to date. I’m still in the early stages of the app but very hopeful for the first time that’ll be able to fix my D.R. after a long 22 months. I also like the way he explains D.R. and the exercises. The best I’ve seen so far and I’ve done my fair share of research. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish there was a built in timer for the rest periods. Even though it’s really up to us how long to rest, it would be nice to see how long our rest period is so that we could not only keep it consistent but also reduce it over time which I believe means your abdominals are getting stronger. Also, although there is a message at the end of each completed workout to train 4-7 times a week but since there doesn’t seem to be a way to replay completed workouts it’s unclear if you should repeat the same Level of exercises for an entire week before advancing to the next level or if you should progress daily. If so, at this rate I would have completed the entire program well before my 6 months subscription. I just hope it gets really challenging so that I can really progress overtime and get rid of this D.R once and for all. For now, 3 levels in, I have started to take note of the exercises completed so that I can repeat them daily and increase my strength gradually before advancing to the next level.

The rest timer is something we have added to our list for a future update.
Towards the higher levels the exercises become seriously demanding. Especially the last level of the dead bugs is one where people are struggling with. Make sure to aim for perfect control, be very strict in your assessment of your execution. If it wasn’t perfect even for just a second, hit the red button. Also, the pallof presses you can make more challenging by increasing the distance of the band.
No need to repeat former workouts as they now are below your capacities. Always work with the most challenging level of that exercise.
