The Bonus data expiry date is changed without notice
I noted all my bonus data was changed from the expiry date which was more than 300 days to 6 days without any notice. This is totally unacceptable. I will not recommend anyone to use DENT as whatever in your account, they can change anything without informing you. Luckily, they are only bonus data. But I doubt the honesty of this company. Any paid data may be affected. Such company is running without any disclosure or transparency.
DENT removing earned data
As of November 28, 2022, DENT set all data that its users earned in the past year to expire in one week. We earned this data by watching ads. DENT should have honoured the expiry dates on the data we had already earned, and instead should have limited all new data earnings to a week. DENT has not honoured their previous agreement with their users, and has handled this situation very poorly, greatly diminishing my trust in and opinion of the service.
