Push notifications not working.
Thanks to Yvonne M, we had my issue of the push notifications not working within 10 minutes. Every time I have contacted support, I have talked with friendly and knowledgeable people. I’m very happy with my defender 4K system!

Time is always off
Camera works, but cannot get the time and date to be correct. No way to set it in the app…. Also notifications don’t work

Hi DJM. Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the time and date settings as well as notifications. Currently, the DVR menu controls the date and time, so adjustments need to be made there. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to change it directly in the app at this time.
Regarding notifications, please ensure that push notifications are enabled in the app settings. If the issue persists, try checking your phone's notification settings to make sure the app is allowed to send them. If you're still having trouble, feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance!
