Constantly freezes, have to continually log out and back in, get a new text message code only to freeze up again & repeat the process in hopes of gwtting in or delete the app out right and reinstall. Multiple issues navigating to other options (view transactions, bill payments, etc.). E-transfer set up is time consuming and you cant view the password answers so you have to continually set up a new password Q&A which again is time consuming or freezes up. Also E-transfers get hung up, sometimes over 2 hours. Online customer service is futile as they just get you to delete & reinstall the app or you have to go into the bank to get it set uo because after 3 attemps you get locked out of your account & the bank is only open till 4 and closed weekends.

This App is terrible. Old App was way better. This one constantly kicks me out. It’s always under maintenance. I’m unable to login now. Fix it!!!

I’d rate this app lower if I could. App often won’t load after using FaceID and needs to be closed and reopened. Accounts only show in the e-transfer list about half the time. Never mind the terrible service where tap on the card often doesn’t work, card can’t be added to Apple wallet, and email addresses on their website returning “only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list”. Truly Canada’s worst bank.
