Navigating the interface is confusing
Hard to find items. Completed items marked as incomplete, necessitating emails to show the modules as completed or have to retake them very time-consuming.
Can’t use app on iPhone due to ssl error.
Spent enough time trying to figure it out.
But won’t let me log into Hondacanada.
User experience
User interface is cryptic and confusing.
So many synonyms used for different things that you can’t tell what things mean or where selections are taking you. (Nor why)
