Chip Ingram 4+

Several years ago, I had gotten Sirius XM radio and started hearing Chip Ingram every day. I eventually downloaded his app. I literally listen to most of his daily podcasts more than once as, he will often say something that makes me think about it for a while and I miss what came next.. He is extraordinarily very clear on scripture, sticks to it, speaks the truth, even on very tough subjects. He has been gifted truly with the gift of teaching, able to explain God’s word in a way that everyone can understand it. And it is always consistent with God’s word. There are so many “pastors“ these days who have never been to seminary, never learned Greek or Hebrew or Latin. Who don’t understand the culture at the time that the various parts of Scripture were written. Without that knowledge we miss so much. Chip is definitely a scholar in general, pulling together how life works, in God‘s wisdom, how it is meant to be lived. He brings in the culture of the times of the Bible, what was going on in so many different aspects, psychology, history, archaeology, science, research, so many things. I have truly grown through listening to his teachings, it has sent me to the Bible directly in ways I’ve never even thought to do before and it has encouraged me to grow in a special relationship with my Father God as a result.

Chip is a straight shooter. He uses scripture and doesn’t sugar coat anything. He’s well spoken and very genuine. You can tell he truly wants to help people live their best life with Jesus. His messages are easy to follow and have helped me and my family immensely. An amazing man of God!
