Zero customer support
The app doesn’t connect to my chasing drone so this purchase has been a complete waste. Chasing has not replied to any of my support inquiries over the past 4 weeks.
Very bad software
Buggy software with poor UX. File management is terrible. Downloading from main unit makes the app crash every time. Some instructions are still only in Chinese. Super unreliable.

Excellent ui clean and not buggy so far :) !
