- Access up to 10 days before your arrival at the resort and start organizing days in paradise.
- Get to know the resort's facilities and services.
- Perform the online pre-check-in.
- Book restaurants and experiences.
- Read the international press.
- Indicate your preferences to make your stay perfect.
- Contact your personal Ambassador through the chat. Your Ambassador will help you with any questions you may have and make your stay a purely joyful one.
- Also, if you are at the resort, you can easily access it via your wristband; all you need to do is activate the NFC.

Cette application ne fonctionne pas du tout. Un vrai perte de temps. Impossible d’entrer les informations et les documents demandés. Jamais vu une application aussi mal faite. Le resort devrait avoir honte d’avoir mis en service quelque chose de la sorte.

Useless
Absolutely useless application, very disappointing. Impossible to upload passport photo and impossible to set earlier date than today for the date of issue of the passport.
