what’s up with btl??
this is a great app that has helped me so much, but it signed me out so i had to make a new account, and now it says “no posts available” and i cant post either 💔💔
Logged me out
I used this app all the time and love it but I went onto it yesterday and it logged me out. I tried logging in but it kept saying user not found even though I already have an account. I got in last night but again today it won’t let me in.
Customer support, Please help
I loved this app but recently I’ve been having issues with it. I downloaded this app a while ago and the phone I was using it on broke. I got a new phone recently and tried to log into the BTL app with my email, and for some reason it either said “user not found” or just took me straight back to the sign-in page. Then I tried visiting the BTL Help and Support page a couple times, and every time I tried to it just said “error 404: page not found. contact the site owner”. BTL, please help or reply to this; I need to get my account back
