Club sections

Love the app. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have each of the 9 club sections on it

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the review. You'll be happy to know that all 9 Bruce Trail Club sections are represented in the app. To see the boundaries between the sections, head to Explore, then tap on the filters icon in the top right, then select "Section Boundaries" under the Map Details. The boundaries will each appear as a white flag on a red circle. Also you can highlight a particular section by using the search function and typing in the name of that section. If you have any other questions please let us know at info@brucetrail.org

Luv The Bruce!

Hard to luv this app. Not up to the standard that the cost would imply . Planning tricky without km markings, have saved hikes but I have not figured-out how to review these together on a map view .
Good stat but changes required to keep getting my $!

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the feedback. We're happy to report that we're working on a new feature that will allow users to see all (or some) of their saved hikes on a single map view. We love the km markings from our static maps too, but in the dynamic environment of the app, they would be constantly changing with each trail change. The measurement and route tools can be helpful here allowing you to calculate distances when planning your hikes.

Bthiker ,

Good app.

Good app for planning a day hike. But it needs klm markings like the paper maps.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the review and for letting us now how important kilometre markings are to you. We have not currently added them since Trail changes are fairly frequent and kilometre markings would continuously change. We hope that the coordinates provided for each Parking location (found by tapping the P icon then Roadside Parking or Parking Lot), the measuring (ruler) tool, and the route (zig-zag trail) tool will provide the flexibility to coordinate with others, plan your route and calculate distances along any route you choose - while not having to make any calculations based on km markings.
