Negative 5 stars if I could
App isn’t compatible with ios 12 or 13 and lower. Can't submit ticket because iPhone keyboard won't disappear when scrolling and no "done" key in layout. The red submit button disappears after writing a couple sentences. Using XS Max.
Furthermore, wifi hotspot don't exist for the most part. Database is obsolete and not current. Incorrect names and addresses of hotspot providers listed.
One can't tag a bad hotspot to tech support.
Can't connect to any wifi hotspot. And definitely can’t when flying on airline despite having access and airline is qualified and equipped for wifi. App is useless. Don’t waste your time. Reported this app to Apple for removal.
Can’t Login
Can’t login on the app, so it’s effectively a useless app at this point.
Can’t login through App
Just like other reviews from over a year ago, you can’t login using this app but you can login fine using the website. I don’t understand how Boingo can let this issue continue for so long.
