Need to pay a fee after 2nd year
Not happy with the fact that the app service is an annual fee after the 2nd year. Very little information about utilizing the frame without the fee service. Looking at other frame options without the fees.
Borane
After one month of working great I suddenly can’t connect to the network to send pictures. It shows it’s connecting to the network and photos are sending but the pictures don’t send. This needs to be fixed so photos can be sent.
Don’t buy this Frame
Received this frame for Christmas & it worked for less than a month. Although there was lots of memory & the wifi said it was connected, the frame came up as being offline & wouldn’t download anymore pictures. The same thing happened with my mom’s frame. I would not recommend this app or buying this frame.
