BallerTV fails in many different ways.
I watch my boys basketball games remotely and watched 4 games today. Baller TV has not been working. Now the video is frozen. Many different issues from mislabelling of teams ,to scores always being wrong, team games not showing up with a filter applied to them. It’s been rather awful experience on BallerTV. I couldn’t get the games at all on the app and had to use customer service to send me links to actually get on them. And then there were multiple troubles even after that. Frustrating system. And I’ve paid to view
Feels like a scam
Had to buy an auto-renewing 3 month option to watch one tournament. Score is often inaccurate and it doesn’t show when using AirPlay. Video often didn’t follow the play, it would just randomly during play switch to the other end of the court where there was no action. Didn’t cover the full court. No idea how much time is left in the game. Disappointed given the cost.
Worst app
Literally the worst app i have ever used. It would take a full day to list the issues we had. And we paid for GOLD. Waste of money and time.
