Ratings and Reviews
The app is garbage
Just sign into Atera in a browser on the phone and add a bookmark. It only has access to a few of the actual pages or features. The BIGGEST missing tab are tickets. You can’t even view or update tickets in the app. I don’t even understand why release the app if it’s missing that if it’s available online...in a browser...on the same device.
Just bad
This from a company that claims computer support and security? When I look at just how bad this app is and that it is over 4 years old… how secure can it be because they (Atera) obviously don’t care.
Not useful.
As far as I can tell, it’s a glorified notification mechanism only. Very - VERY - basic functionality is here, nothing else. The app crashes, doesn’t reflect ticket changes, logs you out periodically, and manages to be almost, but not quite entirely, useless.
