Keeps Getting Better
I have been using Airzone Cloud to remotely control a Daikin whole home heat pump at a remote location for several years. It has been a reliable and effective app with capabilities for setting the temperature, fan speed, heating or cooling modes and schedule. The latest update added daily graphs of set point, inside and outdoor temperatures and heat pump operating cycles.
On rare occasions, usually in conjunction with power outages, remote control has been lost and the associated controls have to be reset on site. Fortunately, these occasions are only once or twice per year, and seem to be decreasing. They may be more to do with my internet connection than the controls or the Airzone Cloud app.
My Daikin heat pump didn’t have any good options for remote control because of the proprietary “thermostat” it uses, so I was delighted when Airzone developed their system. I received good technical support during the initial installation, but have not needed much support since, because the system has been intuitive and reliable.
Best of all, the app is free and there are no ongoing service charges!

Strange today
This App has worked well in the past but is acting strangely in the last few days. I changed my password and it worked for a day. Now I have a white screen only. Is it the extreme cold?
