Love this App
I hear or see a lot of complaints about this app but for myself it works great! I had them set it up which was a little hard as I was just starting my own business so I didn’t know all the things I was going to offer etc.
They taught me how to use it. He was very knowledgeable, same rep every time which made it easy.
I have been using it for almost 2 years. Price is SOOOOO much cheaper than all the others and I find the charting super easy to do. I got an apple pen and just tap tap tap and I’m done. You can go back and find out who you forgot to cash out or if anyone hasn’t been charted on. There are so many tips and trick to make life easier with this app.
If you have any questions they are always back to you by email well before 24 hours. If they don’t understand what your asking they will get your to send a video and then tell you exactly what to do.
Highly recommend!!!
Very glitchy
I’ve been using the system for a while and it constantly boot me out of my charts when I’m charting. It’s very glitchy you cannot write on the faces. The pen is not precise. Does not work well on iMac.
Booking
Many step for online booking for patients. Losing booking due to date and a lot of update during the day time.
