Good but PAYING
If you are not inclined to pay for anything, then do not get this game. I find it irritating how it costs money, but it makes sense. It IS professionals, after all. Why couldn’t it be like 3$/3 months?? It’s quite bothersome.
Insurance???
It doesn’t include Canadian insurances, and you can’t use it without insurance. Sanvello, another mental health app i’ve been using for 2 and a half years now is now transitioning into AbleTo and i cannot use Sanvello anymore which was my staple mental health app used between my therapist and i. It is extremely disappointing to have all of my moods and my mental health progress ripped away from the Sanvello app, and i can no longer access any of my prior data nor can i access this app which is supposed to be the new Sanvello.
